Entry Fee:
$90.00 Closing Date 10.00pm Wednesday 26 November 2008

Late Entries:
Late Entry $110.00. Entries received after 10.00pm Wednesday 26 November 2008 and prior to close at 9.30am Sunday 30 November 2008 will be charged late entry. No exceptions. No faxed entries.

Vehicle & Logbook:
Please indicate on your entry how many events since you were last scrutineered. Only cars with approved rollcage and 4-point harness for driver and passenger (if carried) may compete.

Documentation:
9.00am till 10.00am at the venue

Scrutineering:
At the venue by audit

Postponement Details:
If the event is postponed for any reason, all competitors will be advised via by email, or phone if there is no email address on the entry form. All entries/cheques received will be returned. New entries and payment MUST be sent in for the next date which will be detailed on the Autosport website once confirmed.

Runs:
3 Timed Runs
Clerk of Course has the right to abandon any run, and results will be on last full run. There will be an Indian file before the timed runs.

2 Car Drivers:
Please indicate on your entry if you are a two car driver, or two driver car so we can separate you in the start order.

Lining Up:
Cars will run at about 1 minute intervals and in numerical order, if you are not lined up ready to go in numerical order you will forfeit that run. If you have a problem with your car the Clerk of Course can issue you another starting order.

Damage:
Competitors are liable for any damage they may cause to property, fences, club gear and equipment.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once documentation has been completed.

Passengers:
All passengers must be over 12 years of age and must sign indemnity form before being allowed into a competing vehicle.

Indian File:
All drivers/co-drivers are to wear their helmets, overalls and harnesses while travelling in Indian File.

Classes:
(Class 1) 0-1300, (Class 2) 1301-1600, (Class 3) 1601 + 2wd, (Class 4) 1601 + 4wd vehicles to be entered in appropriate class

Special Requirements:
Should competitors have any special requirements you are to advise on your entry form and discuss with the Clerk of the Course prior to the Event.

Autosport Sefton Autocross Supplementary Regulations

Event Date: 7 December 2008

Directions: From Rangiora go across Ashley river bridge, then go right down Fawcetts road, carry on until you reach Sefton, turn right into Toppings Road, (opposite Shell station) carry on for approx. 500m and turn left into driveway marked with Autox sign

Entry Fee: $20.00

Entries: On the day only

Documentation: 9.00am till 10.00am at the venue

Scrutineering: At the venue by audit

Late Entries: All competitors should be at Documentation/Scrutineering prior to 9.30am

Logbook: Please indicate on your entry how many events since you were last scrutineered.

Licence: A Minimum of MotorSport New Zealand Clubsport Licence, those who do not have a Competition Licence may enter on their Civil Drivers Licence

Drivers Briefing: 10.30am

Start Time: 10.45am

Results: Fastest accumulated time of the day over all completed competitive runs.

Prize Giving: At venue after event cleanup.

Runs: 1 Indian File and 3 Timed Runs. Clerk of Course has the right to abandon any run, and results will be on last full run.

2 Car Drivers: Please indicate on your entry if you are a two car driver or 2 driver car, so we can separate you in the start order.

Classes: Class 1: 0-1300cc, Class 2: 1301-1600cc, Class 3: 1601cc+ 2wd, Class 4: 4WD, Class 5: Street Car (no rally parts – current w.o.f & rego). Vehicles to be entered in appropriate class. 4WD capable vehicles are class 4 or 5.
